Can I Return / Exchange product?
No, We do Not Accept return of any product once delivered.
Yes, You can exchange your purchase product within 15 days from the
day you have received delivery with original condition and box, your product
must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only unused
product will be eligible for return within 15 days from the date of receipt. You
have to return the product via courier. No return/refund/replacement on
SALE products.
For Exchange call us OR mail on admin@parmarboothouse.com within 7 days on
receipt of delivery with the product snaps. Please mention your order
number, date of purchase and mode of payment. After that it will not be accepted.
Replacement, if available will be couriered to you OR a credit note will be
available for unhampered products. In case you wish to return the product
(applicable only if customer has received damaged or worn product),
the amount excluding the bank charges will be returned on approval from our
Quality Controller. If we found in our Quality Check that the product is worn or
used or damaged then, we will not provide any amount against that product.
PARMAR BOOT HOUSE will bear the cost of transferring back the product if
there is any mistake from our end else you will have to bear the cost of
shipping charges.
Can I cancel an order after shipped?
Once your order is shipped from our side, we cannot cancel the order. To Cancel
Order you need to initiate return request within 6 hours from order placed.
How Can I get my Credit?
We will add credit in your wallet within 48 working hours after receiving return
products. Credit amount can be used in your next Online Purchase through
www.parmarboothouse.com only. If we found in our Quality Check that the
product is worn or used or damaged then, we will not provide any credit amount
against that product. Changes in size or any other alteration after placing an
order mail us on admin@parmarboothouse.com within 6 hours of order placed.
